"I grew up on construction sites with my dad, from age 5.  I became certified in the electrical trade and eventually joined my father’s business in 2006 with my brother, Edan Asturi. Together we developed a design/build business model for our new build residential projects and renovation/ upgrades for existing homes. I love building and using a creative approach to our projects.
I enjoy the logistics and emotions that come with working with our team, we have a focus on quality and high levels of aesthetics in our work."

Edan Asturi has a real love for the hands on process of design and project management. A licensed architect, He has a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley and over 20 years of experience in all aspects of residential design, including working partnerships with architects, civil and structural engineers, general contractors and landscape architects.
His sense of design is influenced by his travels in Italy as well as the native beauty of California’s coast and mountains. Edan was also deeply influenced by his apprenticeship with the Modesto architect Ralph Morgan who instilled in him a love for the modern and its importance in California’s lifestyle. 
Edan respects the natural beauty of California's terrain and designs residences that emphasize and complement it, with an eye to integrating great design with practical function. He is a seasoned and experienced designer, dedicated to bringing the best of design, craftsmanship to every project, with a true sense of integrity.

Martin Castro | Assistant Project Manager

Martin is the assistant project manager for ACI. He's is responsible for site assessment, construction oversight, and remediation. Martin ensures field crews and subcontractors work under ACI’s health and safety protocols while completing site activities with an emphasis on quality of data, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.

Driven by his passion for creativity, community, and challenges, Martin works to create a community that shares his vision and values.

Vincent Asturi | Founder  & Senior Consultant

Vincent Asturi has a lifetime of experience in residential building trades. He learned his craft from his 3 Italian uncles, who instilled in him a love and respect for the art and craftsmanship of fine homebuilding.
He founded Asturi Construction in 1981 with a specialty in quality residential construction, remodels and upgrades in Sonoma, Napa, Stanislaus, and Merced Counties.
He has joined up with his sons to develop projects in Califonia’s Central Coast area bringing his vast experience and skill to the business.
